Considerations before applying Fit Jig

  • Check placement imagesIt is important to review the virtual placement images received by email. Consider the anatomical aspects and if there are interferences that require the use of occlusal tracks.

  • Use lamps with a specific intensityIt is recommended that you use lamps with an intensity of 400 to 500 nm and a power of 1,100 W/cm2 for photocuring.

  • Treatment is custom-madeThe Fit Jig is custom-made to each patient and for a sole use. It will not fit other patients.

  • Break the surface tension in the enamelBreak the surface tension with mouthwash. Subsequently, place the cheek retractor and clean each tooth in the first area with a cotton swab.

  • Avoid sharp instrumentsUsing sharp instruments, such as the deplaquer, can damage the Fit Jig. It is advisable to avoid them.
